Hunter is obsessed with making things, and craft activities - especially at the moment whilst we are stuck inside more often trying to escape the freezing Melbourne weather.
Perfectly timed, we recently received a PeekyMe craft experience in the mail to have a play with and review.
Started by Pauline Mitchell, a young mother of two boys living in a rural area, she knows the importance of providing a diverse range of activities to stimulate young minds and encourage creativity.
Every month for those who susbcribe, a new exciting art box is sent out to your home with all of the items you need for hours of crafty fun. You really don't need to have anything at home - everything is thought of, right down to tubs of glue, child-friendly scissors and brushes!
Hunter was so excited to get involved, and it really makes for some rewarding family time making, and admiring your little ones creations.
Of course Hunter wanted to get started on the Superhero Party Pack to start with and set to work designing a mask and cape
And modelling them of course - whilst running around the house with his new found super-powers!
All of the included craft activities are clearly outlined in the craft box with pictures, and also links to online tutorials for those who are not as creative as others (I am definitely not a super-crafty Mumma)
Here is another example of some really cute gingerbread cut-outs that we enjoyed cutting out and decorating together.
And Hunter proudly admiring the finished product
All in all this product was great in both its variety and inclusions. The fact that you really don't need to have any craft items at home beforehand was definitely a plus as well.
We still have several things to sit down and create from the craft box - definitely hours of fun for parents, and their little ones and it comes right to your door. What's not to love!
