If you haven't already heard, Bondi Sands is an Australian owned and made Self Tanning product line which currently has everyone talking. This week I finally got my hands on some and thought I would give it a try. My skin is quite sensitive to sun and it takes a lot for me to get colour, therefore I am quite the self-tan connoisseur having tried many different creams, sprays and foams some which have been natural - others which have been oompa loompa-esque.
I personally think that a little colour can go a long way and definitely makes me feel better about myself, especially now that I am a Mum and my beauty regime is definitely not what it used to be.
Bondi sands comes in various different forms including a foam, lotion, mist and gradual tanner and like all fake tan should be applied to clean, exfoliated skin free of any moisturisers etc. I gave both the dark lotion a go and the gradual tanner and was really impressed with both. I'll be honest, as Mum to a high energy toddler I don't really have the time or the inclination to be constantly applying tan with a mitt so the gradual tanner was my preference. It goes on quickly and easily, doesn't have a sickly smell and dries in minutes without leaving a residue - allowing me to apply it after my morning shower.
Ladies, do yourself a favour and get your hands on these products if you are after a healthy glow that makes you look like you have just returned from somewhere tropical, and it is also really affordable! Products are available online, at priceline, terry white chemists and they have also just landed in Coles stores this week (I managed to get mine there for 30% off)
